Clipveil is built so that your screenshots stay on your Mac. This policy explains the very small amount of data involved.
What stays on your Mac
Screenshots, recordings, OCR text, capture history and settings are created and stored only on your device. Clipveil has no account system, no analytics and no cloud upload.
What is sent over the network
Only when you use a Pro license, Clipveil contacts our payment and licensing provider, Lemon Squeezy, to activate and periodically validate your license key. The request contains the license key, an activation ID and your Mac’s computer name. Nothing else is sent.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They receive your name, email, billing details and payment information under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details so we can provide support and license recovery.

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts.

You can ask us to access or delete the order information we hold by emailing support@clipveil.com.
